Peptide Storage & Reconstitution Guide

Peptide Storage & Reconstitution Guide

Peptide products should be stored frozen at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. When reconstituting, use sterile water or buffer, and gently shake until completely dissolved.

Storage Conditions

  • Long-term storage: -20°C frozen, avoid repeated freeze-thaw
  • Short-term use: 2-8°C refrigerated, no more than 30 days
  • Transport conditions: Dry ice or ice pack packaging

Reconstitution Steps

  1. Remove lyophilized powder from refrigerator and bring to room temperature
  2. Add appropriate amount of sterile water or buffer
  3. Gently shake or vortex until completely dissolved
  4. Avoid vigorous shaking to prevent peptide denaturation
  5. Use reconstituted solution as soon as possible, or aliquot and store frozen
